As a business formed by golfers for golfers, we felt that the large demand for realistic, accurate and flexible indoor golf leisure facilities in the UK and Republic of Ireland had been poorly supported in the past by the supply of inferior technology. Our extensive research into the simulator industry identified that Full Swing Golf was by far and away the most accurate, reliable, financially proven and enjoyable simulator available.

The Indoor Golf Company was proud to become the official and exclusive distributor for Full Swing Golf simulators in the UK and Republic of Ireland as of June 2002.

The first two Full Swing simulators were installed at the Wright Swing Golf centre in Canary Wharf. Since then, Full Swing Golf simulators have rapidly become the market leader in the UK with more and more owners, operators and users around the country ranging from private homes, gyms, hotels, pubs, through to multiple unit indoor golf centres such as Urban Golf and City Golf in London. This growth is set to continue, with more indoor golf centres opening in the coming months.

At Indoor Golf, we act as a single point of contact for all things Full Swing Golf and indoor golf in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Our customers not only enjoy support from Indoor Golf, but also benefit from the expertise and experience of the manufacturer's Full Swing Golf themselves in the US for the lifetime of the simulator.

Pre-Sales:

Supplying full product information prior to order, providing research materials from the many thousands of Full Swing installations around the world, introducing customers to similar users to discuss their experiences of Full Swing, providing demonstration time on a Full Swing Golf simulator, assisting with the design and layout of their venue, advising on purchase options and financing.

Sales & Installation:

Working closely with our customers throughout the ordering process, working with third party designers and contractors to ensure a smooth installation process, installations undertaken by fully qualified and certified staff, and providing customer training in the use and maintenance of the simulators.

Post-Sales:

All after-sales service and support, handling any technical queries our customers may have, providing ongoing support (subject to customers extending their support period), and supplying all Full Swing upgrades to software and hardware, spare parts and replacement components.
